- 250g of mussels ;500g prawns
- 3kg of kingklip portions
- 1large carrots .celery2sticks and 3 sticks of leeks 1 bulb onions chopped .bulb garlic chopped
- 12.5 litres of fish stock
- 2Braise all vegetables with little oil.
- 3Add fish stock then reduce until the fish is tender seasoning fish spice and salt white pepper
- 4Serve with plain rice
